The production department is there to manage the production runs for our clients. We enlist only the best and ethical factories in Sydney & overseas to produce your labels at this highest quality and the best possible price.
The whole production process is managed by our production manager, Karen, from preparing all styles to get sent out for cutting, allocating work to factories, checking the factories first production sample, then once approved bulk production can begin.
Before delivery to the client Launch Initiative Design Studio will conduct a full QC report and hand this to the client.
On top of these duties our production team also sort out day to day production issues including cutting, quality, shortage, delivery, packaging, labeling and keeping the client up to date the entire time.
With our skills we have the ability to save our clients many thousands of dollars when producing their labels.
